    I have been eating from this restaurant since it opened. Pickup ordrs are ready in 10 minutes and I have had delivery to my door in as little as 15 minutes (pretty amazing!). This is my favorite Chinese restaurant and we have tried others but they never compare to Shatin. For Mandarin restaurant lovers out there I find that these dishes at minimum equal, and almost always, exceed their Mandarin counterparts in taste. My suggestions would be the chicken balls (sauce is to die for), any fried rice, lemon chicken, breaded shrimp, Cantonese beef (or chicken) chow mein and spring rolls. We would love to expand our menu choices and try other dishes but we just love these so much that we can never sacrifice a dish to try a new one. My wife an I always marvel at how we have never been disappointed with any of our meals. The staff is very friendly and they are always a pleasure to deal with. I know everyone has different tastes but Shatin fits the bill for us. Even my picky 5 year old has tried and loves all the dishes mentioned. Highly recommended!
